I am Iram/Rumi. I am looking for break in Ekta Kapoor's Tv series... i have tried every other way to contact her and finally found her website and am mailing some of my pix in case if she ever comes across them.
This is just a very casual try s please do not be offended.
P.S: Please try to get an answer for me from Ekta Kapoor if possible on the question/article pasted below (which i've also posed at many different websites...like rediff...)
"Does one need to compulsarily go through all the procedures of making a portfolio and all ... to get into Tv series? Can't one just mail his/ her pictures to the producer or whoever's in search of new faces? C'mon people! the world's movin faster now... there should be email addresses given and all where people can send their own pictures for being consdiered and the 'fresh-face-hunter' should try going to different sites and lookin for new faces like the 'tag.com', 'facebook.com' ,'orkut.com' etc. Seekers and searchers should be given more freedom to contact and come in touch with each other. The boundaries and walls that are raised should be broken and things should be made more easier... just like its in America... thats liek a free country... isn't it?"
